Through a comprehensive business analysis combined with a strong team we solved our clients urgent situation in as little as 10 weeks, which is extremely fast for such a senior position. We used our extensive international network and a strong desktop search team to scan the European e-commerce market. This resulted in a shortlist of some of the strongest e-commerce profiles in Europe.

Selection

An in-depth psychometric assessment was conducted in order to ensure the most valid selection of top candidates. In order to predict future success for the candidate in the specific role and business environment, we carefully assessed the candidates’ competences, personality traits and motivation in relation to the findings from the business analysis. We gave our client clear recommendations on each candidate in connection with the final decision.
