Benedikte Mæland works with Executive Search as a Project Manager and holds the title Engagement Manager in Navigio. She advises clients within a broad range of industries and services to success, primarily on CxO-level. She focuses especially on roles within business services and industry for private companies.

Earlier in her career, Benedikte worked in Paris at Heidrick & Struggles, a global company within executive search and leadership consulting where she was responsible for research and selection of candidates for global roles and international projects. After that, Benedikte worked at Assessit which is a Norwegian firm, where she was responsible for recruitment and executive search.

Benedikte holds a MSc in Business Administration and Psychology from Copenhagen Business School, and a BSc in Psychology from University of Bergen including exchange semesters in Brisbane, Australia and San Diego, U.S.
