We are currently looking for a dedicated Engagement Manager to join our team. You will play a central part in leading our leadership assignments across various industries. You will make a significant difference and drive our journey to unleash potential in individuals and organizations globally. In this role you will also contribute in leading and developing Navigio’s Leadership Services and employees. In other words, the role is key to shape Navigio’s future Leadership Services.
We are looking for a professional who can project lead Leadership Programs, Executive Coaching, Management Team Development, and Conferences. And who does it with precision and passion. - Lead and deliver true quality and customer experience in our Leadership Services assignments
- Based on research and with a great focus on innovation develop our service offers
- Business development and increase sales
- Collaborate with colleagues in an inspiring and warm way and contribute to “A great place to work”
- Generate business through a strong customer experience
- Strong academic track record preferably within Psychology or Management
- 3+ years of experience from top tier leadership firms
- Skilled project leader with ability to building strong customer relations
It is merited if you have international experiences or speak other languages beside Swedish and English.
