Your role

As Content Manager Internal Communication you will take part in developing Bonavas’ internal communication function together with Head of Internal Communication in order to support Managers and leaders in the organisation. You handle proactive and reactive internal communication activities with focus on internal communication channels, advising and supporting on channel selection and coordinating activities as well as being responsible for daily operations with the intranet. A vital role will also be to act as an advisor towards Managers and leaders whenever needed and provide pragmatic and hands-on advise on channel strategies, internal communication content etc. Bonava operates in a complex environment and you are a key player in making sure Bonava has a consistent, trustworthy and effective messages internally in all channels. We offer an exiting role in an international context. As you will be working both on Group level and in the Swedish Business Unit fluency in both Swedish and English is required.

Your profile

You are in the beginning or your career with a few years job experience and you understand the big picture, drivers and challenges of the business and want to work in a successful, international and expansive company. You are comfortable cooperating cross functions on all levels in the organization and you have experience from working with Internal Communication in a modern setting utilizing digital channels in the best of ways.

You have a relevant Bsc/Msc and approximately 2 years of experience from a similar position or as a consultant working with Internal Communication in a complex context. You have the ability to see the full picture while at the same time paying attention to important details. As a person you are grounded, have a positive attitude and are solution orientated with good ability to communicate and network with people on different levels in the organisation. Furthermore, you have the drive, energy and persistency to run projects to completion in a complex matrix organization.
