Instabox is a Swedish tech startup that wants to change the logistics industry. We think it should be easy to shop online and offer our customers a fast and smooth shipping service – all in order to make everyday life easier. We want online users to be able to shop from our e-commerce partners and pick up their products in any of our smart boxes – all in the same day.
Existed since 2015 in Sweden, Instabox is handling over 2 million packages yearly with 300 lockers and own logistics operations.

Instabox is starting up in Denmark and are looking for a Country Manager to build the organization!
From 2020 Instabox will be operating in Copenhagen and are seeking a real “doer” who wants to be a part of a fast-growing startup and change e-commerce logistics in Denmark.
As Country Manager you will drive and develop the Danish business with the goal to become market leading on last-mile deliveries. This entails a strong focus on establishing and building the organization, operations and business from the bottom-up.
- This includes full P&L for the Danish market, hereunder:
- Develop the Instabox concept in Denmark.
- Recruit and build the team and develop the organization
- Establish operations – set up the distribution network and customer service
- Establish and nurture partnerships with online retailers as well as location partners (where the smart lockers are placed)
- Ensure a flawless end-user experience
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be part of a fast-growing start-up that has set their eyes on the Danish market. As Country Manager you will have a key function – leading the Danish expansion and making sure Instabox has the right conditions to start operating in Denmark.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a person with background from e-commerce, other startups, retail, management consulting, technology or other industries that have parallels to Instabox’s business.
The right candidate has management experience, either in the form of personnel responsibility or running your own company. You must be able to coach, inspire, motivate and retain staff.
We are looking for someone who is not afraid to the step in wherever it is needed. You are ambitious, result-oriented, positive and of course comfortable working in an expansive startup. As our Danish representative you need to be able to initiate and successfully build strong relationships with people and potential partners. Experience in sales and / or marketing is therefore positive.
