Your role
The Customer Insight Specialist will work closely together with Head of Customer Insight and Customer Insight specialists across all eight markets in development of new platforms and initiatives on the journey to become an insight driven company that disrupts the market by the customer focus

The Customer Insight Specialist will have the responsibility for the launched CI tools and continuous surveys conducted within Bonava Group. This includes day to day management, maintaining and optimizing to ensure quality, analytic support, identifying opportunities for improvement and rich contacts with internal stakeholders and external partners, to maximize the benefit of the data to drive implementation and development of Customer insight activities and knowledge

Your profile
You have the ability to see the full picture while at the same time paying attention to details, analyzing data combined with an overall business perspective. With persistency drive the Customer Insight area, identifying solutions and new ways forward, and want to work in a successful, international and expansive company in a role where you can make a difference in driving and implementing the Customer Insights in the Bonava Group

You will cooperate cross functions with stakeholders on different levels in the organization and need to have the ability to build strong relations with good communication skills

You have a relevant academic degree in Marketing, Communication, Social sciences or similar and at least 3 years of experience from a similar position or as a consultant working with Customer Insights. You have a good understanding of market research, research methodology and statistics. As a person you have a positive attitude, are analytical and grounded, with good ability to communicate with people on different levels in the organization. Experience from an international context is beneficial
