You are the group center of Excellence within compensation and benefits at Bonava and you manage the function on a strategic, tactical and operative level in order to support the Executive Management Group members and other senior stakeholders in the organisation within your area of expertise. You handle proactive and reactive compensation and benefit activities and you run the compensation and benefits agenda making sure that it is coherent with the overall strategy.
A vital role will also be to as an internal advisor whenever needed and provide pragmatic and hands-on advice on a wide range of compensation and benefit topics. Furthermore, you will be in charge of suggesting, driving and implementing different compensation and benefit initiatives, as for example job grading structures, salary benchmarks, mobility policies etc within the organisation. Compensation and benefits is a crucial area in succeeding with set targets and it is your role to make sure that Bonava is up to date with latest markets standards and has attractive offers to current and future employees.
You understand the big picture, drivers & challenges and want to work in a successful, international and expansive company in a role where you can take the full responsibility for developing, governing and guarding the compensation & benefits function. You will cooperate cross functions on all levels in the organization.
You have a relevant Bsc/Msc and minimum 7 years of experience from a similar position or as a consultant working with all parts of compensation & benefits including strategy and operational execution. You have the ability for details/structure, and you can handle many projects simultaneously. As a person you have a positive attitude, are analytical and grounded, with good ability to communicate with people on different levels in the organization. You are also used to managing senior stakeholders in an international setting.
