Your role
As Group Head of Internal Communication at Bonava you manage Bonava’s internal communication on a strategic, tactical and operational level in order to support managers and leaders in the organisation. First and foremost you handle proactive and reactive internal communication activities and you run the internal communication agenda making sure that it is coherent with the overall strategy, both for the Group and the Swedish Business Unit. You work closely with the Executive Management Group, the President of the Swedish Business Unit and his management team, Group Head of Communications and other key executives in internal communication matters. A vital role will also be to act as an advisor towards these groups whenever needed and provide pragmatic and hands-on advise on a wide range of internal communication topics. Bonava operates in a complex environment and you are a key player in making sure Bonava has a consistent, trustworthy and effective messages internally. We offer an  exiting role in an international context. As you will be working both on Group level and in the Swedish Business Unit fluency in both in Swedish and English is required.

 

Your profile
You understand the big picture, drivers and challenges of the business and want to work in a successful, international and expansive company in a role where you can take full responsibility for developing and operating the Internal Communication function. You are comfortable cooperating cross functions on all levels in the organisation. Furthermore you have experience from working with Internal Communication in a modern setting utilising digital channels in the best of ways.

You have a relevant Bsc/Msc and at least 7 years of experience from a similar position or as a consultant working with Internal Communication in a complex context. You have the ability to see the full picture while at the same time paying attention to important details. As a person you are grounded, have a positive attitude and are solution orientated with good ability to communicate and network with people on different levels in the organisation. Furthermore you have the drive, energy and persistancy to run projects to completion in a complex matrix organization.
