About the role
As Associate Consultant Executive Search, you are a key member in the project team and will kick start your career in professional services. You will
- have client interaction on CEO- and CXO-level from the very start
- contribute to analysis of what it takes to be successful in the position in terms of competence, personality traits and motivation based on client’s business model and strategic plan
- contact senior candidates and conduct initial interviews
- present for and advice clients together with Project manager
To succeed in the role, you need a high intellectual ability to quickly familiarize yourself with different companies, business models and critical success factors in different industries and positions, as well as a strong self-leadership and personal impact.

We are looking for positive team players with:
- A Master or Bachelor´s degree preferably in Business Administration or Engineering with an excellent academic track record.
