Fredrik Höök serves as a Senior Partner at Navigio, where he acts as a trusted advisor supporting organizations through complex business transformations. Combining a deep understanding of both organizational structures and leadership dynamics, Fredrik guides executive teams and individual leaders through change, coaching them to act as role models in driving lasting impact.

With more than 20 years of experience as a management consultant and three tenures as CEO, Fredrik has successfully led over ten major transformation programs. His approach is characterized by balancing structural initiatives with behavioral development, ensuring that strategy and culture evolve hand in hand.

Prior to joining Navigio, Fredrik held senior leadership roles in consulting firms including Knowit, EY, Ecogain, Tieto, and Influence, where he focused on technology, transformation, and sustainability.

Beyond his professional career, Fredrik has dedicated over a decade to coaching youth in football, basketball, and golf—reflecting his strong passion for leadership and personal development.

He holds a MSc in Business and Economics from Linköping University.
