Anders Richtnér, Ph.D. and Associate Professor of Innovation, currently serves as a Partner at Navigio. In his role at Navigio, Anders functions as a strategic facilitator and advisor, spearheading business transformations with precision and insight. In addition, he works with executive teams, and individual executives, through coaching and advisory. By consistently imagining, designing, testing, and implementing pioneering approaches he has for +20 years unleashes the full potential of teams and individuals. He leads the Financial Services customer area at Navigio.
His earlier career includes being CEO of Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education and Vice President at BTS. He is a leading inspirational lecturer within the field of innovation and business renewal, drawing upon his experiences from the start-up industry and heading the SSE Executive Education Innovation Lab. He has been named one of Sweden’s 33 “super-talents” by the Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet.

Earlier in his career, Eric spent 12 years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he advanced to Partner and led complex transformation projects across a range of industries. He later served as Vice President and Head of Group Strategy at Elekta, followed by his role as Executive Vice President Strategy & Business Development at Attendo. In these senior leadership roles, he was instrumental in driving strategic and operational change at scale.

Martin works primarily with executive search at Navigio, focusing on senior management roles in the tech industry as well as IT/tech functions in other industries. He has completed searches for several key positions in tech leadership such as CIO, CTO and Head of R&D, but also other key management roles such as CEO, CSO/CRO and CPO.
He is responsible for the tech industry segment at Navigio, and works closely with companies in the vibrant and fast-moving tech landscape in the Nordics in securing and developing the right leadership. Martin also advises tech organizations on how to build scalable and efficient capabilities and how to attract and retain the best talent.
Previously in his career Martin has held the position as CIO/CTO as SF Studios where he was responsible for the entire tech landscape ranging from traditional back-office IT to fast paced development of streaming services.
