Anders Richtnér, Ph.D. and Associate Professor of Innovation, currently serves as a Partner at Navigio. In his role at Navigio, Anders functions as a strategic facilitator and advisor, spearheading business transformations with precision and insight. In addition, he works with executive teams, and individual executives, through coaching and advisory. By consistently imagining, designing, testing, and implementing pioneering approaches he has for +20 years unleashes the full potential of teams and individuals. He leads the Financial Services customer area at Navigio.

His earlier career includes being CEO of Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education and Vice President at BTS. He is a leading inspirational lecturer within the field of innovation and business renewal, drawing upon his experiences from the start-up industry and heading the SSE Executive Education Innovation Lab. He has been named one of Sweden’s 33 “super-talents” by the Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet.

Beyond consulting, Anders’s academic contributions, mirror the multifaceted expertise in him. His position as a Social Innovation Fellow at Babson College reflects a commitment to innovation and knowledge transfer, bridging academia and industry. He has lived and worked in Italy, South Africa, and in the USA.

Emma is an Engagement Manager within Strategy & Organisation at Navigio. She has experience from leading projects in a wide range of sectors, and specialises in setting a company’s strategic direction and designing an operating model and organisation aligned with the strategy. In addition, she helps clients increase their business performance to ensure growth and value creation.

Prior to Navigio, Emma has worked as a Business Controller at First North-listed Upsales Technology.

Emma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics, there she specialised in Management and Accounting. Her academic background also includes studies at Oglethorpe University in the USA.

Eric Wåhlgren serves as a Senior Partner at Navigio, where he focuses on the firm’s Executive and Board Search offering. He primarily supports clients within the Healthcare, Medtech, and Business Services sectors.

Eric brings over 20 years of leadership and advisory experience across strategy consulting and executive roles. He works closely with clients to align executive talent with strategic priorities and leads high-impact executive search processes.

Earlier in his career, Eric spent 12 years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he advanced to Partner and led complex transformation projects across a range of industries. He later served as Vice President and Head of Group Strategy at Elekta, followed by his role as Executive Vice President Strategy & Business Development at Attendo. In these senior leadership roles, he was instrumental in driving strategic and operational change at scale.

Eric holds a Master of Engineering in Biomaterials and Sensor Science from Linköping University. He also completed studies at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Erik Lundquist serves as a Project Leader in Executive Search and Performance Management at Navigio. Erik specialises in partnering with leading companies in the Construction & Real Estate and Business Services sectors, focusing on C-level and mid-senior recruitments, particularly for leadership roles within Operations/Supply chain, Sales, and P&L Management.

Erik also conducts assessments of senior leaders across various industries, with expertise in Strategy Officer/Manager recruitments across all sectors.

Prior to joining Navigio, Erik gained valuable experience working with a Real Estate fund while pursuing full-time studies. He conducted a market outlook report for private equity in Real Estate and facilitated connections between potential investors and the fund.

Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in Business & Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Fredrik Hemviken is a Managing partner and an experienced professional driving business performance oriented “Full potential journeys”.

Fredrik has +20 years of experience in co-creating impactful strategies & organisations with Nordic clients across sectors.

He started his career with Accenture and holds an M.Sc. in Business & Economics from Uppsala University.

Hanna is an engagement manager within Strategy & Organisation at Navigio. She has vast experience in setting a company’s strategic direction and designing an operating model and organisation aligned with the strategy. In addition, Hanna advises clients in people strategy mainly focusing on leadership expectations, evaluation and development to ensure an efficient strategy execution.

Prior to Navigio, Hanna worked in the People Advisory practice at EY, where she was responsible for delivering projects within business, organisation & process design and change management within the private and public sector.

Hanna holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management from Chalmers University of Technology. Her academic background also includes exchanges to Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and UC Berkeley in USA.

Henrik Segersvärd has over 30 years of consultancy experience. Henrik serves as Partner at Navigio and has extensive experience in assisting clients with Executive and Board Search, as well as Board and Management Team Assessments. Henrik manages assignments across industries with a primary focus on Industry & Renewables and Construction & Real Estate. Henrik leads the customer area Industry & Renewables at Navigio. Henrik is fluent in Finnish and has many years of experience in leading assignments in Finland.

Before joining Navigio, Henrik worked for several years as a management consultant at Andersen Consulting / Accenture. Henrik led strategy and consulting projects with a focus on business, organisation, and process design and development. Henrik built expertise in supply chain, sourcing, manufacturing, program, and change management, among others.

Henrik holds a Master of Science in Engineering & Applied Mathematics from the Royal Institute of Technology Stockholm. He has a European Test User Certificate ‘Work & Organisational Assessment’ issued by the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations, EFPA.”

Jeanette Ekeberg leads the People and Talent agenda at Navigio, driving initiatives across talent development, people strategy, and organisational culture. She plays a key role in cultivating relationships with students and identifying emerging talents, building the pipeline of future consultants for the firm.

With a solid background from the Executive Search team at Navigio, Jeanette brings over ten years of valuable experience in identifying, assessing, and developing leadership talent.

Jeanette holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Luleå University of Technology, providing her with a strong foundation in understanding human behaviour, team dynamics, and organisational effectiveness.

Kari Marthinussen serves as a Senior Manager at Navigio’s Leadership Services team, where her primary focus lies in enhancing strategic business performance and nurturing leadership capabilities. With extensive experience in leading and facilitating strategic business performance, leadership development, and coaching for executive teams and individuals, Kari also excels in Executive Search and Management Assessments. 

With over a decade of experience as a senior consultant, she brings invaluable insights to the table, offering tailored coaching and guidance for executive teams and individuals alike. Her approach is characterised by a dedication to fostering growth and performance while prioritising the development of interplay, emotional intelligence, and effective leadership practices. 

Prior to her consulting and academic roles, Kari spent 14 years in the telecom industry, holding management positions such as Marketing Director at Telenor Cinclus and Managing Director at Hafslund Tele. Kari holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of San Francisco and was certified as a Professional Co-active Coach in 2010 (CPCC-CTI/ICF). 

In addition to her consultancy work, Kari spent four years as an Assistant Professor at the Business School at the University of Southeast Norway, lecturing on personal leadership and effective leadership practices. 

Karin Åge serves as a Senior Partner at Navigio, where she focuses on the firm’s Executive Search offering, alongside strategy consulting and leadership development assignments. She primarily supports clients within Financial Services, Professional Services, and Business Services.

Karin brings over 20 years of combined operational, commercial and advisory experience. She works closely with boards, owners and executive teams to align senior leadership talent with strategic priorities, drawing on her own background in executive management and board membership.

Karin previously served as Chief Operating Officer, and before that Chief People Officer, at Avanza Bank, where she led organizational and operational change during a period of transformation and growth. Before Avanza, she spent five years at Navigio as Partner and Head of Executive Search. Earlier, she worked at Egon Zehnder within executive search and leadership advisory and held leadership roles at SEB for eight years across strategy, institutional sales and business development. Karin began her career with seven years as a management consultant at Accenture.

Karin holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Liv Gorosch serves as Partner at Navigio and has extensive experience in assisting clients with Executive Search and Board-level searches, with a primary focus on the Technology, Private Capital, and Finance sectors. 

With a career spanning over two decades in the executive search field, Liv has held key leadership roles and served on advisory boards. Before joining Navigio, Liv served as Senior Client Partner & Co-Managing Director at Korn Ferry, specialising in global and local executive search, alongside global organisational consulting. 

In 2011, Liv co-founded WES, an innovative executive search firm with a pioneering focus on identifying and promoting the best female leaders in the market, actively contributing to diversity in Swedish and international business environments.   

Liv holds a degree in Behavioral Science from the Stockholm University´s Department of Criminology. She also studied at Tel Aviv University and Berghs School of Communication.  

Malin Tessell serves as a Partner, building strong executive teams through Executive Search and Management Assessments, and is the Co-Head of Executive Search at Navigio. Malin works across various industries, bringing extensive experience in collaborating with large and growing companies, including those in Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Tech, Business Services, and Construction & Real Estate.

She is specifically responsible for the CFO-practice at Navigio, possessing a deep understanding of the requirements for modern CFOs in diverse contexts such as private equity, listed companies, and start-ups. Her broad experience includes recruiting for a wide range of leadership roles, including CEO, CHRO, CCO, M&A, and Sustainability.

Earlier in her career, Malin worked as a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and held roles within Strategy and Finance at the Daimler Group in Germany, operating in a highly international context.

Malin holds an MSc in Business Administration from the Technical University in Berlin, Germany. Fluent in Swedish, English, and German.

Måns serves as the Managing Partner at Navigio and has extensive experience in assisting clients with Executive and Board Search, as well as Board and Management Assessments. He works across industries but primarily focuses on the Consumer Product & Services (CPS) and Tech sectors.

Måns leads the CPS customer area at Navigio and is the Co-Head of Executive Search.

Earlier in his career, Måns held the position of COO at Keybroker (now part of Altor-owned ARC), where his responsibilities included building and leading Operations, Client Delivery, and the KAM function. Before that, Måns worked for over 10 years as a management consultant at Andersen Consulting and Accenture, both internationally and in Sweden.

Måns holds a Master of Law (LL.M.) and a BSc in Business Administration and Economics from Lund University.

Marika Eriksson is an experienced Advisor within the Strategy & Organisation team at Navigio. She is dedicated to shaping impactful strategies and designing organisations and operating models that aligns – providing clients with a safe path to successful transformation by bridging the gap between strategy, structure and culture.

Prior to Navigio, Marika worked at the boutique consultancy Cordial as an Advisor focusing mainly on strategy, organisational design and operating model development and implementation. Marika has also experience from H&M where she has held various positions within Business Development and Expansion in Sweden as well as internationally based in London & Hong Kong.

Marika holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management from Chalmers University of Technology as well as an B.Sc in Economics from the School of Business, Economics and Law at University of Gothenburg.

Martin works primarily with executive search at Navigio, focusing on senior management roles in the tech industry as well as IT/tech functions in other industries. He has completed searches for several key positions in tech leadership such as CIO, CTO and Head of R&D, but also other key management roles such as CEO, CSO/CRO and CPO.

He is responsible for the tech industry segment at Navigio, and works closely with companies in the vibrant and fast-moving tech landscape in the Nordics in securing and developing the right leadership. Martin also advises tech organizations on how to build scalable and efficient capabilities and how to attract and retain the best talent.

Previously in his career Martin has held the position as CIO/CTO as SF Studios where he was responsible for the entire tech landscape ranging from traditional back-office IT to fast paced development of streaming services. Prior to that Martin headed the PMO at both Systembolaget and SEB, and started his career as tech management consultant at Accenture.

Martin holds a M.Sc degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from Linköping University.

Oskar Björs is a Senior Manager at Navigio, specialising in Strategy & Organisation. His primary focus is to help organisations develop clear strategies that create alignment through all levels. Primarily in the automotive, tech and industry sectors.

His expertise lies in taking on the full scope of entire organisations, question conventional thinking, identify key opportunities and break them down into executable work.

Oskar holds a master’s degree in Industrial engineering and management from Linköping University.

Peter Westford, one of the founders of Navigio, specialises in leading Full Potential Journeys, unleashing the full potential within Navigio’s clients and investors through a unique combination of services. These services help set the direction, secure the right team, and unlock potential in leaders and teams. He also recruits top-tier CEOs, chairpersons, and board members.

Peter co-founded and heads the investment firm Navigio Capital, where Navigio’s Full Potential Journeys are used to unleash potential in investments made by Navigio Capital.

Earlier in his career, Peter was part of the early team that started the Swedish Unicorn, Envirotainer. He did so in the position of being responsible for establishing and leading the operations and subsidiaries within EMEA.

Peter holds an MSc in Business Administration and Economics from Uppsala University.

Sara Trané serves as a Senior Manager at Navigio, specialising in Leadership Development and Performance Management. She brings deep expertise in developing high-performing leaders and teams, drawing on a strong foundation in organisational psychology and evidence-based talent development methodologies.

Sara combines over a decade of experience in talent management, organisational development, and leadership consulting with advanced academic training in organisational psychology. She works with executives and teams to enhance performance, drive organisational effectiveness, and build sustainable leadership capability. Her approach merges scientific rigour with practical application, ensuring that development initiatives create lasting impact.

Earlier in her career, Sara served as Partner and People Science lead at The Talent Company, where she specialised in merging science with practice to enhance talent management and team development. Her background also includes roles as people science and leadership expert at Spotify and Organisational psychologist at Assessio.

Sara holds a PhD in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology. She is certified in multiple assessments such as Hogan Assessment Systems, 16 PF, MAP, PAPI and a number of cognitive assessments.

Stefan is a senior professional and Partner at Navigo with 25 years’ experience from consulting. Primary focus on Executive Search, Board Search, Management Assessments, and Board Evaluation. With extensive experience in the field, Stefan is dedicated to delivering top-tier talent solutions and is a valued advisor to owners, boards and CEOs.

Stefan leads assignments over multiple industries with focus on Consumer Product and Financial Services. Stefan leads the Performance Management Service Area.

Prior to his current role at Navigo, Stefan served as a Management Consultant at both Accenture and Connecta were he built up expertise in supply chain, sourcing and leading change management programs.

Stefan holds a Master of Science in Social Science from Linköping University, complemented by studies in Economics at UCL, London. He has a European Test User Certificate ‘Work & Organisational Assessment’ issued by European Federation of Psychologists’​ Associations, EFPA.

Thomas is a senior professional with broad experience in conducting senior leader assessments, enhancing team effectiveness, and providing onboarding coaching for executive and management levels across Nordic and global organisations. His expertise extends to coaching executive management levels and crafting evidence-based Talent Management processes.

Before joining Navigio, Thomas spent the last four years as the Head of Leadership Development, Assessment & Succession, and Commercial Lead for the Nordics at Korn Ferry. He also has an extensive background as a Management Consultant, having served as a VP for consulting and marketing in another Assessment company in the Nordics. Additionally, he held the position of Vice President at a Centre of Excellence in Paris for another professional firm.

Thomas holds a Master of Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management. He also holds a Marketing and Business degree from the Norwegian Business School and a Bachelor’s in Military Sciences from The Royal Norwegian Military Academy.
