With over 20 years of leadership and advisory experience, Helena has guided more than 70 organisations through successful transformations, combining strategic vision with measurable outcomes such as improved efficiency, profitable growth, and stronger leadership capacity.

Before joining Navigio, she held several senior roles at Knowit, including CEO of Knowit Datalytics, CEO of Knowit Transformation Management, and Vice President at Knowit Insight Accelerate. She led large-scale change initiatives, developed leadership frameworks, and enhanced clients’ capabilities in AI, analytics, and data-driven business models.

Helena has deep expertise in people strategy, organisational growth, strategic sales, and social sustainability, with a proven ability to align cultural and leadership transformation with business goals. A key achievement includes leading Knowit’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion agenda, taking the company from the bottom to the top of Allbright’s list and earning Sweden’s Most Gender-Equal Listed Company award in 2019.

She is also a sought-after speaker on transformation, DEI, AI implementation, and leadership.
