Jacob is an Engagement Manager within Strategy & Organisation practice at Navigio, where he specializes in leading organisational transformations through the development of ambitious and actionable strategies including growth initiatives and business performance improvements.

Prior to Navigio, Jacob worked at AFRY Management Consulting where he was responsible for delivering commercial and technical transaction advisory services within the energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors. In addition to AFRY, Jacob has a long experience within the Swedish Armed Forces.

Jacob holds an M.Sc. in Sustainable Energy Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology. His academic background also includes exchange studies to University of Illinois in the USA.
