Malin Tessell builds strong executive teams through Executive Search and Management Assessments and is the Co-Head of Executive Search at Navigio. Malin works across various industries, bringing extensive experience in collaborating with large and growing companies, including those in Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Tech, Business Services, and Construction & Real Estate.

She is specifically responsible for the CFO-practice at Navigio, possessing a deep understanding of the requirements for modern CFOs in diverse contexts such as private equity, listed companies, and start-ups. Her broad experience includes recruiting for a wide range of leadership roles, including CEO, CHRO, CCO, M&A, and Sustainability.

Earlier in her career, Malin worked as a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and held roles within Strategy and Finance at the Daimler Group in Germany, operating in a highly international context.

Malin holds an MSc in Business Administration from the Technical University in Berlin, Germany. Fluent in Swedish, English, and German.
