Her background also includes roles as people science and leadership expert at Spotify and Organisational psychologist at Assessio.

Sara holds a PhD in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology. She is certified in multiple assessments such as Hogan Assessment Systems, 16 PF, MAP, PAPI and a number of cognitive assessments.
