Sirkku Erlandsson is an experienced Executive PCC Coach with over 25 years of leadership experience. She works on building high-performing teams through executive coaching and programs for management teams and leaders. 

Earlier in her career, Sirkku worked at Fazer and Cloetta Fazer, where she held positions as Marketing and Category Director, Brand Director, and Managing Director of Fazer Konfektyr AB. At Valio, she started as Marketing Director and then served as Managing Director of Valio Sverige AB.

At Coop, she was responsible for the assortment and purchasing of fresh products for Coop’s approximately 800 shops in Sweden and for business development within the purchasing organisation. As an executive coach, she began coaching with Better Up and has since coached over 80 leaders on four different continents. 

Sirkku holds an MSc in Business Administration and Economics from Turku School of Economics. She also has an MBA from Aalto University and has studied psychology at Lund University. She is a certified coach (PCC) at ICF and a certified board member by Styrelseakademien.
