Anders Richtnér, Ph.D. and Associate Professor of Innovation, currently serves as a Partner at Navigio. In his role at Navigio, Anders functions as a strategic facilitator and advisor, spearheading business transformations with precision and insight. In addition, he works with executive teams, and individual executives, through coaching and advisory. By consistently imagining, designing, testing, and implementing pioneering approaches he has for +20 years unleashes the full potential of teams and individuals. He leads the Financial Services customer area at Navigio.

His earlier career includes being CEO of Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education and Vice President at BTS. He is a leading inspirational lecturer within the field of innovation and business renewal, drawing upon his experiences from the start-up industry and heading the SSE Executive Education Innovation Lab. He has been named one of Sweden’s 33 “super-talents” by the Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet.

Beyond consulting, Anders’s academic contributions, mirror the multifaceted expertise in him. His position as a Social Innovation Fellow at Babson College reflects a commitment to innovation and knowledge transfer, bridging academia and industry. He has lived and worked in Italy, South Africa, and in the USA.

Annica Johansson is Leadership Services Lead at Navigio and works with advising, facilitating, and coaching executives and leadership teams at the highest levels to achieve high performance in strategy execution. She collaborates closely with clients to analyse the current state and establish critical success factors for leaders and teams. Based on this analysis, she tailors interventions to unleash the full potential of individuals and organisations. Annica has collaborated with numerous CEOs, leadership teams, and CxOs in both private and public companies, including international settings. 

In the earlier stages of her career, Annica accumulated over 20 years of experience in global FMCG food companies, such as Mondelez International, where she served as the Global Learning Director. In this role, she was responsible for setting the strategy, designing, implementing, procuring, and executing leadership development at the Mdlz Academy for 8000 leaders across 150 markets globally.

Prior to that, Annica worked at Kraft Foods, holding several senior positions within Corporate & Government Affairs at Nordic, European, and Global levels. Her responsibilities included internal and external communications, crisis management, and Public Affairs. She was expatriated for several years at the Kraft Foods HQ in Chicago, US, where she led teams spread across 5 continents. 

Annica holds a BA in Communications from Jönköping International Business School and is also an ICF ACC Diploma coach. 

Benedikte Mæland works with Executive Search as a Project Manager and holds the title Engagement Manager in Navigio. She advises clients within a broad range of industries and services to success, primarily on CxO-level. She focuses especially on roles within business services and industry for private companies.

Earlier in her career, Benedikte worked in Paris at Heidrick & Struggles, a global company within executive search and leadership consulting where she was responsible for research and selection of candidates for global roles and international projects. After that, Benedikte worked at Assessit which is a Norwegian firm, where she was responsible for recruitment and executive search.

Benedikte holds a MSc in Business Administration and Psychology from Copenhagen Business School, and a BSc in Psychology from University of Bergen including exchange semesters in Brisbane, Australia and San Diego, U.S.

Charlotte Ivars works with guiding executive management teams towards increased and aligned strategy execution, leadership, and team success. Through a real partnership, she advises on critical areas to assess and act on, unleashing full potential in individuals, teams, and organisations. Charlotte has worked with executives and leadership teams, both local and international, across various sectors, ranging from startups to established companies. She leads the Business Services area at Navigio.

Charlotte has a solid background with over 20 years of experience in the Human Resource area, heading up both expert functions and HR for large, global functions. She has been a member of executive leadership teams and has worked with boards. She also has experience in a business-leading role, where she headed up the Ericsson Experience function. Charlotte is an experienced leader who has led leaders and leadership teams globally, spanning over 100 people across 5 continents. Strategy, strategy execution, and transformation have always been at the core for Charlotte. 

Charlotte holds an MSc in Business Organisation and Pedagogics from the University of Stockholm. She is also an ICF ACC Diploma coach. 

Claudia Sovré is Senior Manager at Navigio and has executive search experience across diverse industries, with a particular emphasis on CxO roles, commercial, sales, and marketing communications assignments.

Prior to her career in executive search, Claudia served as the Vice President of Marketing at Apoteket AB, playing a pivotal role in shaping and leading marketing initiatives for the company.

Claudia holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from Stockholm University.

Erik Lundquist serves as a Project Leader in Executive Search and Performance Management at Navigio. Erik specialises in partnering with leading companies in the Construction & Real Estate and Business Services sectors, focusing on C-level and mid-senior recruitments, particularly for leadership roles within Operations/Supply chain, Sales, and P&L Management.

Erik also conducts assessments of senior leaders across various industries, with expertise in Strategy Officer/Manager recruitments across all sectors.

Prior to joining Navigio, Erik gained valuable experience working with a Real Estate fund while pursuing full-time studies. He conducted a market outlook report for private equity in Real Estate and facilitated connections between potential investors and the fund.

Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in Business & Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Felix Carlsten has over 10 years of consultancy expertise in developing high-performing teams and individuals through Executive Team Development, Leadership Excellence Programs, and Executive Coaching. He has vast experience in developing CxO leaders at Group, Division, and Functional levels – primarily within the tech sector, fast-growing companies, and turnaround contexts. 

Felix’s core competence lies within behavioural sciences, change management, and sports psychology. He excels in contexts where companies and organisations need to make transformational shifts in their business and/or culture.  

Felix holds an MSc in Behavioural Sciences (Psychology) from Uppsala University. His academic background also includes Sports Psychology Advisory training (Johan Plate, Thomas Fogdö & Bosön). He is also an ICF ACC Diploma coach. 

Fredrik Hemviken is a Managing partner and an experienced professional driving business performance oriented “Full potential journeys”.

Fredrik has +20 years of experience in co-creating impactful strategies & organisations with Nordic clients across sectors.

He started his career with Accenture and holds an M.Sc. in Business & Economics from Uppsala University.

Hanna Rothpfeffer has 25 years of experience within Executive Search, focusing on management positions and management assessments.

Hanna has a background as a researcher at Stockholm School of Economics and holds an M.Sc. in Business from Stockholm School of Economics.

Hanna is an engagement manager within Strategy & Organisation at Navigio. She has vast experience in setting a company’s strategic direction and designing an operating model and organisation aligned with the strategy. In addition, Hanna advises clients in people strategy mainly focusing on leadership expectations, evaluation and development to ensure an efficient strategy execution.

Prior to Navigio, Hanna worked in the People Advisory practice at EY, where she was responsible for delivering projects within business, organisation & process design and change management within the private and public sector.

Hanna holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management from Chalmers University of Technology. Her academic background also includes exchanges to Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and UC Berkeley in USA.

Henrik Segersvärd has over 30 years of consultancy experience. Henrik serves as Partner at Navigio and has extensive experience in assisting clients with Executive and Board Search, as well as Board and Management Team Assessments. Henrik manages assignments across industries with a primary focus on Industry & Renewables and Construction & Real Estate. Henrik leads the customer area Industry & Renewables at Navigio. Henrik is fluent in Finnish and has many years of experience in leading assignments in Finland.

Before joining Navigio, Henrik worked for several years as a management consultant at Andersen Consulting / Accenture. Henrik led strategy and consulting projects with a focus on business, organisation, and process design and development. Henrik built expertise in supply chain, sourcing, manufacturing, program, and change management, among others.

Henrik holds a Master of Science in Engineering & Applied Mathematics from the Royal Institute of Technology Stockholm. He has a European Test User Certificate ‘Work & Organisational Assessment’ issued by the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations, EFPA.”

Jeanette Ekeberg works with Performance Management focusing on Management Audit and Leadership evaluation where she brings a broad range of experiences gathered over the years. Additionally, she plays a pivotal role in the People and Talent department at Navigio, focusing on cultivating relationships with students and identifying emerging talents.

With a solid background from being a part of the Executive Search team at Navigio, Jeanette brings over ten years of valuable experience to her current role.

She holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Luleå University of Technology.

Kari Marthinussen serves as a Senior Manager at Navigio’s Leadership Services team, where her primary focus lies in enhancing strategic business performance and nurturing leadership capabilities. With extensive experience in leading and facilitating strategic business performance, leadership development, and coaching for executive teams and individuals, Kari also excels in Executive Search and Management Assessments. 

With over a decade of experience as a senior consultant, she brings invaluable insights to the table, offering tailored coaching and guidance for executive teams and individuals alike. Her approach is characterised by a dedication to fostering growth and performance while prioritising the development of interplay, emotional intelligence, and effective leadership practices. 

Prior to her consulting and academic roles, Kari spent 14 years in the telecom industry, holding management positions such as Marketing Director at Telenor Cinclus and Managing Director at Hafslund Tele. Kari holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of San Francisco and was certified as a Professional Co-active Coach in 2010 (CPCC-CTI/ICF). 

In addition to her consultancy work, Kari spent four years as an Assistant Professor at the Business School at the University of Southeast Norway, lecturing on personal leadership and effective leadership practices. 

Klas Anderlind is a Partner in Navigio focused on Strategy and Organisation, e.g., Business Strategy, Operations Strategy, Organisation Design and Development.

Klas has 25 years in management consulting with Navigio, as Partner with Arthur D. Little and Managing Director with Accenture Strategy. Selling, leading and delivering more than 150 strategy & organisation projects. Klas has served many industries over the years but most of all industrial, manufacturing, pharma- and medtech, mobility, and professional services.

Prior to his management consulting, Klas worked five years in executive positions around the world for Tetra Pak, Investment AB Kinnevik and Oriflame, working and living in Sweden, Russia, Indonesia, Greece. Also, he served as the chairman of a creative agency with offices across Europe and USA and held positions as a board member in several other growth companies.

Klas holds an M.Sc. Industrial Engineering & Management from Chalmers University of Technology. He is fluent in Swedish, English, German.

Linda is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of extensive business and leadership experience in various management and consulting positions. Currently, she serves as a Partner at Navigio within the Strategy and Organisation domain, leveraging her expertise in strategy and organisation to drive positive transformations for her clients.

Linda has a keen understanding of industry dynamics and a knack for identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, with a specific focus on change management, corporate strategy, efficiency, and mergers and acquisitions.

In her prior position as the Vice President of Business Development at Etac, Linda played a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s success. Before that, she served as a Senior Manager at Occam Associates, where she was the head of the Private Equity practice.

Linda holds a Master of Science in Management, Marketing, and Business Development from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Liv Gorosch serves as Partner at Navigio and has extensive experience in assisting clients with Executive Search and Board-level searches, with a primary focus on the Technology, Private Capital, and Finance sectors. 

With a career spanning over two decades in the executive search field, Liv has held key leadership roles and served on advisory boards. Before joining Navigio, Liv served as Senior Client Partner & Co-Managing Director at Korn Ferry, specialising in global and local executive search, alongside global organisational consulting. 

In 2011, Liv co-founded WES, an innovative executive search firm with a pioneering focus on identifying and promoting the best female leaders in the market, actively contributing to diversity in Swedish and international business environments.   

Liv holds a degree in Behavioral Science from the Stockholm University´s Department of Criminology. She also studied at Tel Aviv University and Berghs School of Communication.  

Malin Tessell serves as a Partner, building strong executive teams through Executive Search and Management Assessments, and is the Co-Head of Executive Search at Navigio. Malin works across various industries, bringing extensive experience in collaborating with large and growing companies, including those in Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Tech, Business Services, and Construction & Real Estate.

She is specifically responsible for the CFO-practice at Navigio, possessing a deep understanding of the requirements for modern CFOs in diverse contexts such as private equity, listed companies, and start-ups. Her broad experience includes recruiting for a wide range of leadership roles, including CEO, CHRO, CCO, M&A, and Sustainability.

Earlier in her career, Malin worked as a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and held roles within Strategy and Finance at the Daimler Group in Germany, operating in a highly international context.

Malin holds an MSc in Business Administration from the Technical University in Berlin, Germany. Fluent in Swedish, English, and German.

Måns serves as the Managing Partner at Navigio and has extensive experience in assisting clients with Executive and Board Search, as well as Board and Management Assessments. He works across industries but primarily focuses on the Consumer Product & Services (CPS) and Tech sectors.

Måns leads the CPS customer area at Navigio and is the Co-Head of Executive Search.

Earlier in his career, Måns held the position of COO at Keybroker (now part of Altor-owned ARC), where his responsibilities included building and leading Operations, Client Delivery, and the KAM function. Before that, Måns worked for over 10 years as a management consultant at Andersen Consulting and Accenture, both internationally and in Sweden.

Måns holds a Master of Law (LL.M.) and a BSc in Business Administration and Economics from Lund University.

Maria is a highly experienced professional with over 15 years of expertise in Executive Search, recruitment, and leadership consulting, having worked across multiple sectors such as telecom, professional services, and healthcare. She specializes in recruiting senior executives for key functions like IT, business development, HR, and finance, helping organizations secure top talent.

Before joining Navigio, Maria was a Partner at BackerSkeie, where she played a pivotal role in executive search initiatives. Her background also includes serving as an advisor at Amrop and leading the recruitment division at Deloitte. With a deep understanding of leadership needs and organizational development, Maria excels in matching companies with leaders who drive transformation and success.

Maria holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from BI Norwegian Business School.

Martin works primarily with executive search at Navigio, focusing on senior management roles in the tech industry as well as IT/tech functions in other industries. He has completed searches for several key positions in tech leadership such as CIO, CTO and Head of R&D, but also other key management roles such as CEO, CSO/CRO and CPO.

He is responsible for the tech industry segment at Navigio, and works closely with companies in the vibrant and fast-moving tech landscape in the Nordics in securing and developing the right leadership. Martin also advises tech organizations on how to build scalable and efficient capabilities and how to attract and retain the best talent.

Previously in his career Martin has held the position as CIO/CTO as SF Studios where he was responsible for the entire tech landscape ranging from traditional back-office IT to fast paced development of streaming services. Prior to that Martin headed the PMO at both Systembolaget and SEB, and started his career as tech management consultant at Accenture.

Martin holds a M.Sc degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from Linköping University.

Mina Stjernberg works with strategy and organisational design across industries with a focus on Construction and Real Estate, Consumer Products and Services, and Tech.

She has extensive experience of leading strategic organisational transformations, enabling growth and value creation.

Mina is also experienced in growth strategy and business performance improvements and leads the Construction and Real Estate segment at Navigio.

Mina holds a BSc in Business Administration and a BSc in Behavioural Science from Stockholm University.

Nicholay Tehrani currently serves as Partner at Navigio and holds the position of Country Manager for Norway and Denmark. With an 18-year career, he boasts 12 years of expertise as a consultant in executive search and leadership assessment. His key focus areas include competence models, competency mapping, leadership assessment, evaluations of executive groups and boards, and executive recruitment.

Nicholay’s professional reach extends internationally, collaborating with global businesses. His specialisation lies in searches for intricate leadership roles, assessments of leaders, and guidance in the selection process.

Nicholay Tehrani, an experienced professional, served as an International Business Consultant at Mercuri Urval Norway, aligning individual capabilities with organisational needs. As a Headhunter at Hodejegerne Møllerstad & Christiansen, he specialised in the digital media, communication, and PR sectors, contributing to strategic human resource consulting and talent acquisition. Nicholay is currently involved in multiple boards.

Nicholay holds a Master of Management in Consulting and International Business from BI Norwegian Business School, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a specialisation in Human Resource Management from the same institution in 2006.

Oskar Björs is an Engagement Manager at Navigio, specialising in Strategy & Organization. His primary focus is to help organisations develop clear strategies that create alignment through all levels. Primarily in the automotive, tech and industry sectors.

His expertise lies in taking on the full scope of entire organisations, question conventional thinking, identify key opportunities and break them down into executable work.

Oskar holds a master’s degree in Industrial engineering and management from Linköping University.

Peter Brente is an experienced professional in the Strategy & Organisation team, dedicated to shaping impactful strategies and driving substantial change within intricate organizational landscapes. With a profound strategic insight and extensive industry knowledge, Peter’s expertise is particularly pronounced in the retail, wholesale, and manufacturing sectors.

Peter has a track record that includes hands-on experience in orchestrating turnarounds for large organisations and providing strategic advisory services to some of the industry’s most distinguished leaders.

With degrees in Engineering and Economics, Peter has worked for over 20 years in management consulting and previously served as a Partner at BearingPoint. Additionally, he held line management positions for 5 years at ICA and Coop in the field of Supply Chain.

Peter Westford, one of the founders of Navigio, specialises in leading Full Potential Journeys, unleashing the full potential within Navigio’s clients and investors through a unique combination of services. These services help set the direction, secure the right team, and unlock potential in leaders and teams. He also recruits top-tier CEOs, chairpersons, and board members.

Peter co-founded and heads the investment firm Navigio Capital, where Navigio’s Full Potential Journeys are used to unleash potential in investments made by Navigio Capital.

Earlier in his career, Peter was part of the early team that started the Swedish Unicorn, Envirotainer. He did so in the position of being responsible for establishing and leading the operations and subsidiaries within EMEA.

Peter holds an MSc in Business Administration and Economics from Uppsala University.

Rebecca Britz Nassar is an experienced HR professional specialising in people management, culture development and staffing strategies.

With a background in talent acquisition, staffing, and career development, she has developed her expertise through years of experience in various top-tier organisations.

Prior to her current role, Rebecca played a pivotal role in talent acquisition and career advancement at a globally leading management consulting firm. Her journey also includes a significant stint in learning and development within a top-ranked law firm in Sweden.

With a passion for fostering growth and cultivating thriving workplace environments, Rebecca continues to strive for everyone at Navigio to unleash their full potential.

Stefan is a senior professional and Partner at Navigo with 25 years’ experience from consulting. Primary focus on Executive Search, Board Search, Management Assessments, and Board Evaluation. With extensive experience in the field, Stefan is dedicated to delivering top-tier talent solutions and is a valued advisor to owners, boards and CEOs.

Stefan leads assignments over multiple industries with focus on Consumer Product and Financial Services. Stefan leads the Performance Management Service Area.

Prior to his current role at Navigo, Stefan served as a Management Consultant at both Accenture and Connecta were he built up expertise in supply chain, sourcing and leading change management programs.

Stefan holds a Master of Science in Social Science from Linköping University, complemented by studies in Economics at UCL, London. He has a European Test User Certificate ‘Work & Organisational Assessment’ issued by European Federation of Psychologists’​ Associations, EFPA.

Thomas is a senior professional with broad experience in conducting senior leader assessments, enhancing team effectiveness, and providing onboarding coaching for executive and management levels across Nordic and global organisations. His expertise extends to coaching executive management levels and crafting evidence-based Talent Management processes.

Before joining Navigio, Thomas spent the last four years as the Head of Leadership Development, Assessment & Succession, and Commercial Lead for the Nordics at Korn Ferry. He also has an extensive background as a Management Consultant, having served as a VP for consulting and marketing in another Assessment company in the Nordics. Additionally, he held the position of Vice President at a Centre of Excellence in Paris for another professional firm.

Thomas holds a Master of Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management. He also holds a Marketing and Business degree from the Norwegian Business School and a Bachelor’s in Military Sciences from The Royal Norwegian Military Academy.

Yvonne works in HR administration, Talent Acquisition, and Staffing. Additionally, she is a part of our Leadership Services Team, where she plans and administers client projects.

Earlier in her career, Yvonne worked at BAHR, a corporate law firm, where she was responsible for Front Office and event planning. Before that, she had roles within sales and marketing coordination at several international companies.

Yvonne holds a Bachelor’s in Human Resources and Leadership from Kristiania University College
