Helena brings more than 20 years of leadership and advisory experience across executive roles and management consulting. She has led over 70 organisations through transformation, combining strategic clarity with measurable results in areas such as organisational growth, strengthened leadership capacity, and profitable performance.
Her previous roles include CEO of Knowit Transformation Management and Vice President at Knowit Insight Accelerate, where she designed and delivered leadership development frameworks and large-scale change programs. Most recently, she was CEO of Knowit Datalytics, supporting clients in unlocking value through AI, analytics, and data-driven business models.
Helena’s expertise spans people strategy, strategic sales, cultural transformation, and social sustainability. She is also an experienced speaker on transformation, DEI, and leadership.
A notable milestone includes leading Knowit to the top of the Allbright gender equality index in 2019, earning the award for Sweden’s most gender-equal listed company.
At Navigio, Helena will work with clients to assess leadership capabilities, define strategic priorities, and support executive team in leading through complexity, transformation, and growth.
