We are proud to announce that Richard Mollatt will join the Navigio team as Partner
Richard has a solid background covering both extensive experience within professional services as well as leading management positions in various industries. For the last ten years Richard has worked with Board & Leadership Consulting, of which the last seven were at Alumni Nordics. He was formerly the Managing Director of Alumni Norway.
With Richards vast experience within Management Audit, Assessment and Board evaluation he will work across the Nordics with focus on further developing the Performance Management area at Navigio and contribute to fully exploit our growth opportunities and strengthen our current position as the leading consultancy in developing people and organisations. Richard will join as a Partner leading our service area of management audits, board reviews and development and will also join the Navigio Management team.
