Stockholm, 19 May 2025 – Navigio, a rapidly growing Nordic consultancy known for helping organisations set direction, secure the right teams, and realise their full potential, today announced the appointment of Eric Wåhlgren as Senior Partner within Executive Search. Based in Stockholm, Eric will strengthen Navigio’s Executive and Board Search offering, with a particular focus on clients in the Healthcare, Medtech, and Business Services sectors.
Eric brings over 20 years of leadership and advisory experience across strategy consulting and executive roles. He spent 12 impactful years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he advanced to Partner and led complex transformation projects across industries. He then served as Vice President and Head of Group Strategy at Elekta, before joining Attendo as Executive Vice President – Strategy, Business Development & Quality. In that role, Eric played a pivotal role in driving both strategic and operational change across the organisation.
Throughout his career, Eric has built a strong reputation for aligning executive leadership with business-critical goals. His background in organisational transformation, M&A, growth strategy, and performance improvement gives him a unique perspective on evaluating leadership capabilities. This makes him a valuable advisor in executive search processes that demand both strategic insight and operational understanding.
At Navigio, Eric will work closely with clients to understand their strategic priorities and lead high-impact executive search processes by identifying, assessing and appointing senior leaders equipped to lead through complexity and growth.
