Stockholm, 26 March 2024 – Navigio, the rapidly expanding Nordic consultancy dedicated to helping clients set direction, secure the right teams, and unlock their full potential, announced today the appointment of Liv Gorosch as Senior Partner. Based in Stockholm, Liv will enhance the firm’s capabilities in executive search and board-level searches, with a primary focus on the Technology, Private Capital, and Finance sectors.
With a career spanning over two decades in the executive search field, Liv has held key leadership roles and served on advisory boards. Before joining Navigio, Liv served as Senior Client Partner & Co-Managing Director at Korn Ferry, specializing in global and local executive search, alongside global organizational consulting.
In 2011, Liv co-founded WES, an innovative executive search firm with a pioneering focus on identifying and promoting the best female leaders in the market, actively contributing to diversity in Swedish and international business environments.
Liv has a proven track record within the Executive Search field focusing on managerial positions and C-suite roles in private equity and venture capital firms. Her experience extends to the finance industry, where she held leadership positions, including Marketing Manager Nordics for GE Capital. Liv currently serves as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee of Storskogen Group.
