Stockholm, 28th May 2024 – The rapidly growing Nordic consulting firm Navigio announces today that the shareholders have appointed Maria-Pia Hope as the new chair of the board. Maria-Pia will contribute with her broad business experience and extensive expertise in professional services and M&A.

I also want to thank outgoing chairman Ulf Engerby for his many years of service and dedication to Navigio and express our gratitude for his continued support as a member of our board,” says Peter Westford, CEO of Navigio.
Maria-Pia Hope has previously been CEO/Managing Partner at the law firm Vinge since 2012. During her time as CEO of Vinge, the company evolved into one of the leading law firms in the Nordic region, with profitability increasing by 250 percent. Maria-Pia has been a lawyer throughout her career and holds a law degree from Lund University and a Master of Law from Harvard. Throughout her professional life, she has received numerous awards, including “Årets chef” (Leader of the year) in 2022 and has been on Affärsvärlden’s/Di’s list of the Most Powerful Women in Business for eight years in a row, 2017-2024.
