Stockholm, 2 September 2025 – Navigio, a rapidly growing Nordic consultancy known for helping organisations set direction, build strong leadership teams, and deliver transformation that works, today announced the appointment of Fredrik Höök as Senior Partner within Leadership Services.
Fredrik brings more than two decades of leadership and advisory experience across management consulting, technology, and sustainability. Most recently, he served as Regional Manager for Knowit Solutions Stockholm and held Chairperson roles across multiple Knowit companies, including Knowit Datalytics, Digital Management, and Cloud & Code. He also served as CEO of Ecogain, a sustainability-focused advisory firm and . founder of a Balanced Scorecard Centre within EY. Throughout his career, Fredrik has led large-scale transformation initiatives and advised C-level teams on leadership, strategy, and organisational development.
He is known for his ability to align business objectives with team performance, and to navigate leadership challenges at the intersection of AI, sustainability, and talent. With a background that spans operational leadership, board governance, and executive development, Fredrik offers a pragmatic yet forward-looking approach to building high-performing teams and enabling impactful leadership.
At Navigio, Fredrik will play a central role in advising clients on leadership capacity, strategic alignment, and executive development, strengthening the firm’s ability to support clients through complexity and change.
