Navigio welcomes Thomas Henriksen as Partner

 

On March 13th, Navigio welcomed Thomas Henriksen as a Partner in their Leadership, Performance Management and Executive Search team.  

 

Thomas brings a wealth of experience in conducting senior leader assessments, enhancing team effectiveness, and providing onboarding coaching for executive and management levels across Nordic and global organizations. His expertise extends to coaching executive management levels and crafting evidence-based Talent Management processes.  

 

Before joining Navigio, Thomas spent the last four years as the Head of Leadership Development and Assessment & Succession, Commercial Lead Nordics at Korn Ferry. His primary focus encompassed organizational change, leadership dynamics, assessments, Board Selection, and Executive Coaching.  

 

Furthermore, he boasts an extensive background as a Management Consultant, underscoring his depth of experience and strategic acumen in the corporate landscape. He served as a VP for consulting and marketing in another Assessment company in the Nordics, and as the Vice President at / Centre of Excellence in Paris for another professional firm, helping to enhance the effectiveness of organizations, teams, and individuals through aligning business objectives and talent strategies in large global organizations.
