Johan is a Chartered Psychologist with expertise in Behavioral Data Science and has a solid background from executive professional services. For the last 10+ years Johan has worked with people analytics and psychometrics with an expertise within creating and applying both data driven and qualitative methods for assessing and developing groups and individuals. The core of his work has been within creating digital services and development of concept and methodology as a foundation for precise and high-quality executive advisory on leadership and leadership behaviors.
Johan will work across the Nordics with focus on further developing all Navigio`s services and our digital tools. Johan will be an important contributor to fully exploit our growth opportunities and strengthen our current position as the leading consultancy in unleashing full potential.
