On August 14th we welcomed Anders Richtnér as a Partner in our Leadership Services team.
“Being part of Navigio is highly interesting as Navigio has a history of combining my passion and great interest for changing and challenging the status quo. Furthermore, from my experience of working with both profit and non-profit as well as listed and non-listed companies, I strongly believe that in order to ensure execution of ambitions there must be processes of life-long learning and development for both individuals and organizations. To work both with and through people lies dear to my heart and the Navigio approach of unleashing the full potential of individuals and organizations makes a great match.”
Anders has over 20+ years of experience as a strategic facilitator for companies across the globe, helping them develop training and change programs by exploring ways to imagine, design, test and implement pioneering approaches to ensure lasting change in organizations. He is Associate Professor at the Stockholm School of Economics and Social Innovation Fellow at the Institute for Social Innovation (formerly the Lewis Institute) at Babson College, US. He has previously held the roles of CEO of Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education, as well as Vice President at BTS.
He has been named one of Sweden’s 33 “super-talents” by the Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet and his doctoral thesis on how companies implement downsizing while sustaining innovation, knowledge and creativity was awarded the EFMD/Emerald Outstanding Doctoral Award (award for best thesis in Operations & Supply Chain Management published 2004-2006, worldwide). He has published in leading academic journals such as Journal of Product Innovation Management, MIT Sloan Management Review, Research Policy, R&D Management and International Journal of Operations Management.
