In March the Swedish magazine Chef arranges the annual Chefgalan 2017, where awards to Sweden’s best leaders are handed out. Navigio has supported Chef in the selection of candidates that took place during the Fall. In the selection process three finalists per category were selected from over 450 nominated managers.
On the 9th of March we will know who will win in the seven different categories; Leader of the Year, the HR Manager of the Year , the Future Manager of the Year, the Health Promotion Manager of the Year as well as the new categories; the Innovative Leader of the Year, the Digitization Leader of the Year and the Diversity Manager of the Year.

The award gives them the attention they deserve and they become role models and an inspiration for others”, says Peter Westford, Managing Partner at Navigio.
