In February, we welcomed several young leaders to our Stockholm office for a networking event on “Future Leadership”. Together with the leaders that came from both growing start-ups and industrial firms we discussed several trends and challenges that young leaders are facing today.
One such challenge is for example being able to inspire other young employees who place increasingly high demands on their workplace. One way to tackle this is to inspire your employees to find their “personal purpose”. Exploring and eventually living according to your “personal purpose” gives you as an individual higher energy, lower stress and better results.
It was an inspiring and rewarding event with many good discussions and conversations and we are hoping to welcome more young leaders to another event soon.
